Photo Retouching

1 . What types of photos do you retouch ?

Answer: Product photos, portraits, lifestyle shots, and creative visuals for e-commerce, social media, and branding.

2 . Is AI used for retouching ?

Answer: No. All retouching is done manually to ensure natural and high-quality results.

3. Do you offer creative retouching for campaigns or ads ?

Answer: Yes. Creative retouching is available to enhance visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials, ensuring images align with the intended concept and brand identity.

4. Can we negotiate other terms (like delivery, deadlines, or file formats) ?

Answer:  Yes. Some terms can be adjusted depending on the project:

  • Delivery time – flexible turnaround options available

  • Deadlines – can be customized for urgent or scheduled projects

  • File formats – JPEG, PNG, PSD, TIFF, or other requested formats

5. Can you handle urgent projects ?

Answer:  Yes. Rush delivery options are available based on project scope, schedule, and current workload. Please contact in advance to confirm availability and turnaround time.

Creative Design

1. Can I provide content in English, and you translate it into Mandarin for a bilingual design ?

Answer: Yes, you can. Offering both English and Mandarin helps expand your reach and attract a broader audience. I can create new product descriptions or translate existing ones. Please note: free translation includes one language only. Additional languages will be billed separately.
 

Please ensure the provided content is clear and accurate. Translation covers language conversion only. It does not include grammar or factual corrections.

2. Can I request changes after the proposal is approved ?

Answer: Yes, changes can be requested. Minor adjustments may be included in the free revision, but significant changes, especially those affecting the layout or core concept, may incur additional charges and will be invoiced separately.

3. Can I use the 1 free revision to completely change the design ?

Answer: No. The 1 free revision includes only minor edits, such as:

  • Color adjustments

  • Font changes (type or size)

  • Typo corrections
     

A full redesign or major layout/content changes will be treated as a new design request and charged accordingly.
 

All revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the completed work.

4. Can I request to speed up the project after confirming the proposal ?

Answer: Yes, but please note that expedited requests made after the proposal is confirmed may result in rush fees. Whether we can accommodate the request depends on current workload and project complexity.

5. Can I replace or edit some photos during the 1 free revision ?

Answer: You may replace some photos during the free revision. However, if any photo editing is required, such as background removal, lighting correction, or retouching, it will be treated as a separate photo editing service and charged per image.

6. Do you offer printing services for my design ?

Answer: No. I provide digital design only. You will receive high-resolution artwork in the agreed format (e.g., PNG, PDF, JPG), which you can take to your preferred printer.

7. Can I use the design for commercial purposes ?

Answer: Yes, your final design is licensed for your business’s personal and commercial use. However, resale, redistribution, or alteration of the artwork for third parties without written permission is not allowed.

General

1. When will I receive the final images without watermark ?

Answer:  Final images without watermark will be delivered once full payment is received and the project has been completed.

2. How will I receive the final images ?

Answer: Final images will be delivered through a secure download link. You may also provide your Google Drive or other preferred storage platform for delivery. Please note that the exact delivery format and method may vary depending on the type of service, project, or package selected.

3. How long will you store my files ?

Answer: Files will not be stored after project completion and full payment. All final deliverables will be sent to you once the project is completed. Please make sure to download and back up your files, as no copies will be kept.

4. Will I get a proposal for my service ?

Answer: Yes. A proposal will be provided for every service, outlining all agreed details. The proposal must be signed by both parties to confirm clarity and mutual agreement before the project begins.
